Rakez o Maken is a remote site-monitoring service for construction and finishing works in Syria, operated by Wanli Works Pty Ltd (Australia). This page explains what we collect through rakezomaken.com and how we use it.

What we collect

What you enter in the enquiry form (name, contact method and details, country of residence, property location, type and status of works, and any note), the page and time of submission, and an automated Cloudflare Turnstile check to filter out bots. The site does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies; we will update this page before adding any.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, or add you to the waiting list for your city. We do not sell your information or send marketing without your consent.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in a private Google Workspace sheet and copied to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Only the Rakez o Maken team can see them. Your contact details are shared with your site engineer or our partner engineering office only after you agree to start the service, and only as needed to deliver it.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become a service are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client data is governed by the service agreement.

Engineer applications

If you apply through the partner-engineer page, we collect what you enter: name and contact details, discipline and governorate, syndicate branch, number and year of registration, experience and site examples, current work and expected fee. We use this only to assess your application, contact you and verify your registration with the Syrian Engineers Syndicate. Your registration number is never published or shared. Unsuccessful applications are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted; data of contracted engineers is governed by the engineer agreement.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
